Yes! I have a program that allows us to video conference as well as interact and chose the cards and colors on a separate webpage. 

If you want an in person session, please let Dalena know so we can arrange a time in office in the Chandler, AZ area.

Not a problem! It is fine to come for a one time assessment or even a couple of times a year to get a better understanding of where you are and where you are going in your healing process. Dalena can coordinate to share results with your current therapist. 

If you would like to draw a mandala, let Dalena know when scheduling and she can give you instructions on the supplies and how to do this. However, no special art skills are required.

Engaging in a MARI assessment is fun and easy. Just come with an open mind an readiness to know more about yourself. Choosing shapes and colors is easy and interesting as you are using your natural intuition and gravitating towards ones you like or don't like. 

No, the MARI is a picture derived from your unconscious. It is a tool in which Dalena will ask questions to help your dive deeper into your own thoughts, feelings, reactions and life situation. While there are certain universal themes encoded in the shapes/stages of the great round and colors, it is a uniquely personal experience and uncovers what is most relevant to you.

While it does not tell the future, it can indicate the therapeutic, emotional, spiritual, and identity formation issues you will be encountering next. This is based on over 30 years of research with this assessment tool in the field of art therapy and psychology.
